Can your potential customers find you on Google Maps? If you haven’t created a listing for your office in Google’s Local Business Center…they may not be able to.

One quick tip – when you go through the Local Business Center process, the last step is Google’s computer calling your phone number and expecting you to enter a PIN code from the web page.
Be sure you let whoever answers your office phone know that a computer is about to call before you hit “enter” – I didn’t, and by the time I got out to the reception desk she’d already hung up on the recording. Now, I have to wait for them to snail mail an ID number for me to enter on the web page. Grrr…
