“Cette initiative d'Association de Client Nanotechnology est conçue et développée pour être un forum pour partager des idées, des expériences et des aperçus entre les utilisateurs individuels et l'USPTO. L'USPTO n'a pas l'intention d'utiliser ces groupes d'association de client pour arriver à un consensus de groupe. Les opinions individuelles sont cherchées des participants variables et les réunions sont destinées pour être informelles dans la nature. Ces groupes d'association de client sont formés avec la pleine reconnaissance de l'USPTO†™ s la responsabilité sous l'acte de Comité consultatif fédéral (FACA) et ne sont pas établis comme FACA les comités conciliants.” Rencontre de la date : le 20 avril 2004.
