1. No estoy seguro “como directamente” el USPTO colocó el problema de reserva en el abuso de continuación. Después de período de comentario, no parece que el USPTO ha tomado mucha acción en los cambios de regla propuestos.I’m not sure “how squarely” the USPTO placed the backlog problem on continuation abuse. 2. Hola y gracias por este foro. Mi hermana y yo inventamos el hardware de cortina y habíamos tratado de conseguirlo en el mercado. Teníamos grandes revisiones, fuimos mostrados por una revista en la industria (en el camino) y recibimos grandes revisiones. Hasta ahora, nada. Pero hoy recibí un correo electrónico de doctor Fa'iz Imam, el Director Ejecutivo de la Corporación de Fabricación de Emiratos. Nuestros nombres actuales estuvieron usados, nuestro nombre del producto estuvo usado y soy escéptico del correo electrónico. Pero el contenido debía comprar nuestra propiedad intelectual. ¿Tiene alguien en este blog alguna vez oye de la Corporación de Fabricación de Emiratos? Aprecio cualquier información justo cuando como buscar sobre ellos. Gracias de antemano.Hello and thank you for this forum. Our actual names were used, our product name was used and I am skeptical of the email. But the content was to purchase our intellectual property. Has anyone in this blog ever hear of Emirates Manufacturing Corporation? I appreciate any information even as how to search about them. Thank you in advance.

3. Bien, he tratado de entender como esta compañía puede haber encontrado mi nombre y correo electrónico pero todavía soy inseguro. En el correo electrónico la materia era “el Sistema Encantador” que es lo que llamamos nuestro producto y luego el correo electrónico fue dirigido tanto a mí como a mi socio de negocio. ¿Ahora, son motores allí de búsqueda que encuentran direcciones de correo electrónico? ¿Puede ahí alguien ayudarme con un poco de información? ¿(en el sitio de asociación de inventores unido, creo que mi correo electrónico fue fijado allí - realmente lo pusimos en una lista en los nuevos productos para licencia o venta) podría que ser la ruta que fue tomada? Gracias de antemano por cualquier consejo e información sobre este grupo.Okay, I have tried to figure out how this company may have found my name and email but I am still unsure. In the email the subject matter was “the Delightful System” which is what we call our product and then the email was addressed to both myself and my business partner. Now, are there search engines that find email addresses? Can anyone out there help me with some information? (On the united inventors association site, I believe that my email was posted there-we did list it in the new products for license or sale) Could that be the route that was taken?
