In einem Monat (am 22-24 März) werde ich in Chicago am TechShow der amerikanischen Anwaltsvereinigung zu einigen Themen sprechen. Erstens, mit Rick Klau beim "Zusammenarbeiten mit Kunden und Kollegen sprechend: Google die Doktoren, Wikis, und Andere Webwerkzeuge," und Sekunde mit Matt Homann im "Web 2.0: Die Folgende Generation von Internetwerkzeugen."In a month (March 22-24) I’ll be speaking in Chicago at the American Bar Association’s TechShow on a couple of topics. First, speaking with Rick Klau on “Collaborating with Clients and Colleagues: Google Docs, Wikis, and Other Web Tools,” and second with Matt Homann on “Web 2.0: The Next Generation of Internet Tools.”

Zu mir, 1.o war orientiertes "Ziehen". Als Sie Information wollten, würden Sie sie darin "ziehen". Als Sie Information hatten, um sich zu teilen, würden Sie um das Warten für Ihre Kunden/Kunden/Anhänger sitzen, um sie von Ihnen zu ziehen. Wenn sie sich nicht merkten "zu ziehen" (besuchen Sie Ihre statische Website), dann wurde Ihre Information nicht verteilt. Unabhängig von der Qualität Ihres Inhalts geht der Verstand, den Sie, die Leidenschaft Sie have…unless geben konnten, den sich jemand merkt, im data…your "zu ziehen", nicht wo.To me, 1.o was “pull” oriented. When you wanted information you would “pull” it in. When you had information to share, you’d sit around waiting for your clients/customers/fans to pull it from you. If they didn’t remember to “pull” (visit your static website), then your information wasn’t distributed. Regardless of the quality of your content, the wisdom you could impart, the passion you have…unless someone remembers to “pull” in the data…your goes no where.

Ich pflegte, Web 2.0 als "Stoß" zu beschreiben. Inhalt und Information werden jetzt zu Ihnen leicht gestoßen. Es ist dieser Aspekt, der das Genie von blogging ist. Wann auch immer ich etwas Neues habe, um zu sagen (eilen dahin) …the Information wird zu Ihnen (ob durch RSS oder durch die E-Mail) automatisch gestoßen.I used to describe Web 2.0 as “push.” Content and information is now easily pushed to you. It is that aspect that is the genius of blogging. Whenever I have something new to say (post)…the information is automatically pushed to you (whether by RSS or by email).

Kürzlich dämmerte es auf mir, dass sogar, dass "Stoß"-Konzept zu einfach ist. Web 2.0 ist nicht über das Stoßen der Information (gegen das Ziehen), es ist (weil Matt und Doug mich unterrichtet haben) über jeden von uns, Technologien des Stoßes/Ziehens verwendend, um zusammen durch das Teilen der Information zusammenzuarbeiten. Es ist this…collaboration…which ist das wahre Rückgrat des Webs 2.0.Lately, it dawned on me that even that “push” concept is to simple. Web 2.0 isn’t about pushing information (vs. pulling), it is (as Matt and Doug have taught me) about each of us using push/pull technologies to collaborate together through the sharing of information. It is this…collaboration…which is the true backbone of Web 2.0.

Kollaboration. Das Teilen. Das Kommunizieren.Collaboration. Sharing. Communicating.

Vielleicht muss ich diesen blog nochmals überdenken. Jetzt wo ich auf WordPress umgeschaltet habe, ist es leichter als jemals, meinen Lesern zu erlauben, Posten zu machen. Information mit Kollegen zu teilen. Zu kommunizieren. Zusammenzuarbeiten. Irgendwelche Nehmer?Perhaps I need to rethink this blog. Now that I’ve switched to WordPress it is easier than ever to allow my readers to make posts. To share information with colleagues. To communicate. To collaborate. Any takers?
