Stephen M. Nipper is a partner with the law firm of Dykas, Shaver & Nipper (www.dykaslaw.com) in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Nipper received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, and his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law.

Mr. Nipper’s practice covers a broad spectrum of intellectual property work, from prosecution to litigation. A significant portion of his work is handling US patent and trademark cases for foreign law firms and corporations. His main experience is in agriculture, the biological and chemical sciences, and mechanical arts.

Mr. Nipper is the author of The Invent Blog®, a patent law blog covering news and information relevant to patent attorneys who serve independent inventors and small businesses.
