My paralegal sat through EFS-Web training yesterday (or was it Wednesday?). One thing she took away was a warning:
PLANNED OUTAGE: EFS-Web
will be unavailable between 6:00 a.m. EST on Saturday, October 14 and
12:01 a.m. EST on Sunday, October 15 while we transition from EFS-Web
1.0 to EFS-Web 1.1.Please
note that Saved Submissions left on the server at the time of
transition from EFS-Web 1.0 to EFS-Web 1.1 will be lost and cannot be
recovered. Please ensure that you have a soft copy of the saved
submission on your local environment to submit once EFS-Web 1.1 has
