You can add one more country to those listed in the article - after reading the article on this website, we asked our Russian agent about foreign filing licenses in his country. Here is his answer:
“According to Russian Patent Law, a first application (including PCT application) for the invention has been created in Russia, should be filed in Russia indepently on nationality of the inventors. A foreign application may be filed after six months since the filing date in Russia. Other limitations does not exists. This law does not contain further comments of this.”
