The writer of this blog (igdmlgd.blogspot.com) sent me an email earlier today mentioning his post telling his personal experience with finding prior art to the Amazon One-Click patent and submitting it to the USPTO. Interesting story.

    I’d like to empathize with your appeal pal but what’s the point really? I know that reviews and reexamination procedures aren’t that bad but then isn’t it more worth it when everybody knows your purpose?

    Your way of soliciting financial and emotional support online is also something that requires reexamination but that can be avoided when you clearly present your objective.
