My new blog…it’s alive!!!

April 8, 2005 on 8:48 am | In Weblogs |

As most of you have seen…over the last few months I have traded a zillion emails with Matt Buchanan and Doug Sorocco.  The three of us have been spending hours upon hours talking about what is wrong with the practice of intellectual property law, and how we could fix it.

After meeting extensively after hours at ABA TECHSHOW, and subsequently catching up on sleep/work, we’re ready to release the final resting place for all of our thoughts, comments, insight, podcasts, whitepapers, action figure order forms, etc.:  the rethink(ip) blog.  A full text feed is available here

If there are things that bother you about how intellectual property law is practiced:  how your IP attorneys treat you, things that make no sense about what IP attorneys do, things you wish someone would explain/write a whitepaper on, etc., let us know at rethinkip@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do.

The Invent Blog isn’t going away…rethink(ip) will house a completely different kind of subject matter…how to fix what is broken.  If you read my blog, you will likely enjoy the rethink(ip) blog, so subscribe to the feed!  (if you would like to subscribe via email…fire me an email and I’ll set up an email feed just for you).
