Le petit Musée des Marques (The small Museum of the Marks)

Author Frédéric Glaize tells me:  “I publish trademarks (or news related to TMs) I came across, which have some striking features in the sense that they are owned by famous people, or really weird (names that sound stupid, vulgar, or even that manage to be plain fun) or that might raise some historical interest.  The point of the blog is also to relate these to jurisprudence or other relevant info.”

Oui, it is in French, but here is a Google translation link.

October 14, 2004 on 9:20 am | In Weblogs |

I was chatting with a fellow blogger last night and mentioned Neil Squillante’s TechnoLawyer Blog.  My fellow blogger didn’t know that Neil was blogging…and I couldn’t find the site by searching the Internet.  I pulled the RSS feed from my news aggregator at work and thought that I might give Neil’s blog a mention.  So…here it is:XXXXX

UPDATE: Oops…Neil asked me to temporarily take the link down until he is ready for an official release. He’ll get to be a New Kid again!!!! Stay tuned.

October 4, 2004 on 12:52 pm | In Weblogs |

One of my partners here at Dykas, Shaver & Nipper in Boise is blogging!  Bob Shaver’s blog is called the “Patent Pending” blog, covering his ramblings on inventions and technology of all kinds.  His first recent posts have dealt with famous inventions and his client’s inventions.  If you are interested in technology as it developed over the ages…check out his blog.
