Brown Lingamfelter, upon receving a patent on September 14, 2004, immediately filed suit in Delaware against Coca-Cola Co., Miller Brewing and Cadbury Schwepps alleging that their beverage “fridge pack” packaging violates his patent rights. Lingamfelter appears to own three different patents on beverage packaging: USPNs 6,789,673, 6,550,615, and 6,283,293
