Running With Lawyers blog with a humorous post on how to determine if your child is predisposed for being a lawyer.

My daughter (6 years old) seems to be already showing signs of suffering from this disease.  She doesn’t seem to get the fact that when the supreme court (mom & dad) make a ruling…her case is over.  There is no need for further argument, nor will refusing to move from the podium work.  Thank God they don’t teach appellate advocacy in First Grade.
