This month is CLE-city for me.  I am teaching a CLE on “Ten Things Your Clients Expect You to Know about Trademark Law” on Sept. 2nd (I’ll get a copy of my notes up thereafter) and helping Kevin O’Keefe teach a CLE here in Boise on marketing (details below) on the 24th. 

The “Ten Things” CLE series has been a lot of fun.  As Idaho State Bar Intellectual Property Law Section Chair, set up the series a year ago.  Every other month we (the IP Section) offer a CLE directed at the non-IP attorneys in the Idaho Bar of the “Ten Things…” they need to know about patents, copyrights, IP licensing, etc.
