IP caselaw research…

July 26, 2004 on 10:20 pm | In Caselaw |

If you are a junkie for breaking IP caselaw and news, one great resource you should check out is JurisNotes.com. They have two newsletters, Intellectual Property Notes and Intellectual Property Admin Notes.

Intellectual Property Notes is “an electronic legal research newsletter devoted to intellectual property law: copyright law, Internet law, patent law, trade secrets and trademark law…concise case law and UDRP decision summaries, legal news, articles, legal resources and more. This is a must-have for any attorney who practices Internet law.”

Intellectual Property Admin Notes is “devoted to administrative law decisions pertinent to intellectual property law. Includes TTAB and PTO decisions, Court of International Trade decisions, ITC and Customs Service decisions, as well as ICANN domain name disputes.”

They also offer a fully searchable database of their summaries and the full-text decisions (both court and administrative agency decisions).

I’ve uploaded an example “Intellectual Property Notes” if you want to see what the format and content is: Download IPNotes.pdf. Check it out.
