Downloading copies of patents

Stephan Kinsella (KinsellaLaw Web Log) with a post re: downloading copies of patents including mention of a new download site I haven’t seen before.

Stephan is the moderator of the PatentLawPractice Yahoo! Group, a great resource. The PatentLawPractice Group is a great place for bouncing ideas off other patent attorneys/agents and for asking questions like: Does anyone use any software for helping them draft claims?, Filing a Provisional Application with Photos instead of Drawings, etc.

Update: Tim Uy sent me an email pointing out that his website, patents | oncloud8, combines pages from espacenet (both U.S. and world patents) into a single PDF for immediate download, including the bookmarks. Everything is done in parallel, and patents are $0.88 with no software to download, no contracts, no registration, and no minimum purchases. The site also allows you to look up (for free) abstracts of multiple patent numbers simultaneously (and download those patents simultaneously).
