Removal From Register

The USPTO sends out a letter occassionally to all registered practitioners. If you don’t respond to the letter(s), they presume you are not practicing anymore and remove you from the register of registered patent attorneys. Ouch. Here is the latest (March 24, 2004) list of those “Removed from Register.”

Speaking of this…don’t forget that next Wednesday is Secretary’s Day. Heaven forbid if some of your mail from the USPTO didn’t get timely replied to because you forgot Secretaries Day. ;)
