New favorite blog

More on Naming your Business–talks about the “five star standard of business naming.” I actually used this post the day it came out to explain why the client’s proposed trademark (which was clearly “merely descriptive”) needed to be rethought before we even performed a trademark search.

Stephen, thanks again for the kind words. When I started blogging, I did so out of selfish reasons — I wanted to prod myself to change my practice and felt a public forum would “keep me honest” and moving towards my goals. I am constantly amazed when progressive lawyers like you tell me they read my site. You are making me a better blogger and a better lawyer. I hope I don’t let you down.
