NOMOS Corp. appealed the judgment of the district court granting BrainLAB USA, Inc. and BrainLAB, Inc. summary judgment of noninfringement of U.S. Patent No. 5,411,026. Federal Circuit agreed with the district court’s construction of limitation, and affirmed.
