Article on Slashdot regarding a cease and desist letter sent to the creator (Thomas Warfield) of “Pretty Good Solitaire” (via Warfield’s blog) claiming Warfield’s computer solitaire games infringe these patents: 5,823,879, 6,183,366, and 6,264,560. He’s looking for a good IP attorney….(see his blog).
